The project features dual split walls, not just in assembly but also in materiality, adding a distinctive character to the build. One of the highlights is the uniquely shaped staircase, a focal point Ensured structural integrity through carefully calculated beam and girder sizes as well as developed window, door, and wall scheduling in accordance to professional standard. The professional site plan and detailed construction drawings were crafted to provide comprehensive, actionable information, making this project a robust example of architectural practicality.
