The conversion of an office area into a multifunctional recreational facility blend of renovation and demolition efforts. Employing phased construction methods within Revit software, utilizing imported plans and elevations to guide the process effectively. One notable aspect is the integration of a massing structure distinguished by its distinctive shape and paneling system, enabling the creation of intricate architectural forms and the application of various materials. To bring the envisioned design to life, renders were generated using Lumion, providing a vivid representation of the aesthetic and functional enhancements for the renovated space.
